Academic Telecaller / Counsellor – LearnPact Kolkata

LearnPact Institute of Applied AI is hiring an Academic Telecaller / Counsellor for its Kolkata centre.

Work responsibilities:
– Call prospective students and explain LearnPact courses and training options.
– Counsel leads, answer course-related questions and guide them through enrolment.
– Follow up with enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email.
– Maintain lead status updates and daily calling records.
– Coordinate with the academic/admissions team for counselling and demo scheduling.

Requirements:
– Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English.
– Comfortable with phone calling and lead follow-up.
– Basic computer and spreadsheet knowledge.
– Prior telecalling, counselling, admissions or education sales experience preferred.
– Full-time role based in Kolkata.

Salary: INR 10,000 per month.
